Hey all! Spring is a great time to *really* put those New Year's Resolutions into action. Yoga is a fantastic way to help with your fitness goals. The movements tone and stretch with little impact. The breathing centers and relaxes the mind. Yoga has been shown to lessen depression, mood swings and the waist line. I can say from my own experience this is true. I have been doing yoga on and off for eight years. When I am off, I feel really off. I miss it during those times!
